What is the difference between Basic and Pro?+
Basic ($99 USD/year) includes everything most local businesses need: unlimited scans, 3 QR codes, AI-generated review drafts grounded in your business context. Pro ($199 USD/year) adds the customer tag picker on the review page so reviews are personalized to what each customer actually ordered, plus OpenAI fallback for guaranteed uptime, 7 QR codes, per-QR analytics, and a webhook integration for low-rating notifications.
Can I pay monthly instead of yearly?+
Yes. Basic is $99 USD/year or $9 USD/month; Pro is $199 USD/year or $19 USD/month. Yearly works out cheaper than 12 monthly payments. Pick the cadence at checkout. Switching cadence later means cancelling and re-subscribing on the other plan.
Can I upgrade later?+
Yes. Start with the trial, then pick Basic or Pro at upgrade. If you start with Basic, you can upgrade to Pro any time from your dashboard — Stripe prorates the difference for the rest of your billing period.
Do I really get 7 days free?+
Yes. 7 days from the moment you create your account, up to 30 scans during that window. No credit card needed to start. We send a reminder email 3 days before the trial ends.
What happens if your AI provider has an outage?+
Pro businesses automatically fall back to a secondary AI provider if our primary one has an outage — your customers never notice. Basic and Trial use the primary provider only; on the rare occasion of an outage they'd see a brief error and try again.
Why does the Pro tier have a customer tag picker?+
Today, two customers who order completely different things see the same generic review drafts. With Pro, the customer taps what stood out about their visit (a dish, a service, a vibe) and the AI tailors the drafts to mention that. Reviews feel more personalized, and Google's spam filters notice less repetition across reviews.
Are there per-location discounts?+
Each location is billed separately. Basic at $99 USD/year, Pro at $199 USD/year. Most owners pick the same tier across all their locations.
Refunds?+
Yearly plans get 15 days of self-serve refunds, no questions asked — click "Cancel and refund" in your dashboard. Past 15 days, you can still cancel auto-renewal but no refund is issued. Monthly plans are low-commitment and aren’t eligible for a refund; cancel auto-renewal anytime and access continues to the end of the current month.
